You are welcome to use this form to request a free catalog and / or register for a free subscription to our e-mail announcements.  There is no cost or obligation.

The catalog available for download from the MP Home Page  (seen at right) is a newer version than the printed one currently being sent by U.S. mail.  We hope to have the new version in printed form in a few weeks.

We will NOT share ANY of your information at any time with any other organization.

You may discontinue your email subscription at any time by sending a reply email with the word "discontinue" or any similar word in the subject line.

Catalogs are sent through postal mail only when requested. You may also download the current catalog from the MP home page. If you have the catalog dated November 25, 2009 on the front cover, you have the most recent one.
